RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
We believe in complete customer satisfaction. This is reflected in our 30 day satisfaction return policy. For unused, unopened product, you may contact Customer Service 844-535-6445 to discuss a refund if the request is made within 30 days after the order date. If you are unsatisfied with the product, you may return the unopened package within 30 days. Shipping costs to return merchandise shall be paid for by the customer returning the item. Open or used product shall not be refunded for any reason. If you wish to return your order, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number first. The fastest way to obtain an RMA number is to contact our customer service representatives at 844-535-6445 to request an RMA number.

Please note the following terms:
- Packages marked “Return To Sender” will NOT be processed or refunded. Returned packages will only be refunded with an RMA number that was provided by Customer Service. Call Customer Service at 844-535-6445 for your RMA number. RMA numbers are good for 30 days.
- Refunds will only be issued to the same credit card to which they were charged.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Credits for refunds are typically addressed within 2 to 3 days to ensure proper customer service. However, depending on your bank’s policies, bank credits may be take up to seven days.
